1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all visitors and customers of Hemingway Bar Chur, as well as to the use of the website www.hemingway-chur.com.

2. Opening Hours and Reservations

The bar's opening hours are displayed on the website and at the venue. Reservations can be made via phone or email and are only valid after confirmation.

3. Code of Conduct

Guests are requested to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. The bar reserves the right to refuse entry or expel individuals from the premises.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment can be made in cash or via common payment methods.

5. Youth Protection

Alcohol is served in accordance with Swiss law. Guests under the age of 16 will not be served alcoholic beverages, and spirits are only available to persons over 18.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Hemingway Bar Chur is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are also not liable for any damages caused by improper consumption of food or beverages.
